2. What the website is for
The website presents Profal's activity, services and completed projects. The website does not sell online: it shows no prices, takes no orders and accepts no payments. Information about products, systems and technologies is for presentation only and is not a binding offer.
Offers are made for each project individually, after the requirements have been analysed and, where needed, after a site visit. The conditions of a job (price, deadlines, specifications, warranty) are those in the written offer and in the contract signed by the parties, which take precedence over the information on the website.
3. Quote requests
You can send us a request through the "Request a tailored quote" form, by phone or by WhatsApp. Sending a request does not create a contract and does not bind either party. Please give accurate and complete information so that we can assess the work. How we use the data in your request is described in the Data Protection Policy.
4. Proper use of the website
When using the website, you agree:
- not to send false, unlawful or offensive content or unsolicited commercial messages through the forms;
- not to attempt unauthorised access to the website, its servers or other people's data;
- not to disrupt the website (for example through automated bulk submissions or malicious software);
- not to copy the website's content systematically by automated means.
5. Intellectual property
The texts, photographs, videos, logos, the Profal Floor Systems and Profal Window Systems brands and the website's graphics belong to PROFAL INDUSTRY SRL or are used with their owners' permission. The brands of the material and system manufacturers mentioned on the website belong to their respective owners.
You may view and print the content for personal use or to assess working with Profal. Any other reproduction, distribution or modification, in whole or in part, requires our prior written consent.
6. Links to other websites
The website may contain links to third-party websites (manufacturers, social networks, messaging apps). We do not control these websites and are not responsible for their content or for how they process data. Their use is governed by their own terms and policies.
7. Limitation of liability
We take care to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete or free of errors at all times. The photographs show completed projects and are illustrative; the final appearance of a job depends on the project and the materials chosen.
To the extent permitted by law, PROFAL INDUSTRY SRL is not liable for damage resulting from using the website's information without an offer and a contract, for temporary interruptions of the website or for the actions of third parties. This limitation does not apply where the law does not allow liability to be excluded.
8. Personal data and cookies
The processing of personal data is described in the Data Protection Policy, and the use of cookies in the Cookie Policy.
9. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute is first settled amicably; if that is not possible, the courts of Timișoara have jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory jurisdiction rules that protect consumers.
Information for consumers: you can contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), anpc.ro, and use the alternative dispute resolution (ADR/SAL) procedures presented on the ANPC website. The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was closed in July 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228.
10. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the last-updated date shown above. Using the website after an update means you accept the new version.
