Execution technology
- Concrete reinforcement with welded steel mesh or with dispersed polypropylene or steel fibres
- Pouring and levelling with laser screeds: high flatness and high productivity
- Mechanical floating and power trowelling with high-capacity ride-on trowels ("helicopters")
- Dry-shake quartz topping (natural, synthetic or metallic) to reduce wear
- Treatments and finishes: curing compounds and anti-evaporation sealers, nanotechnology-based treatments, grinding and polishing, with options for cleaning, colouring and sealing

How is a helicopter-troweled concrete floor reinforced?
With welded steel mesh or with dispersed polypropylene or steel fibres, chosen in the design stage according to the loads and the use of the floor.
Which equipment do you use to pour and level the concrete?
The concrete is poured and levelled with a laser screed, then floated and trowelled with high-capacity ride-on power trowels.
Do you also design the floor?
Yes. We handle the design, the structural calculation and the final sizing, so that the floor matches the traffic, strength and use requirements of the project.

The URS certificates cover (translation): „Floor laying and wall cladding works, including interior platforms and access roads, production and installation of PVC joinery, construction of sewer networks and earthworks”.
EN ISO 3834-3 covers: Fabrication of welded metal structures and components (production: Calea Torontalului DN6 km 6, PITT platform, Timișoara). WPQR (qualified welding procedures) and welders certified to SR EN ISO 9606-1.
