Aluminium joinery

Aluminium profiles stand out for the strength of the metal and their long-term stability. With minimal maintenance and the ability to span generous openings, they are ideal for modern buildings where large dimensions, clean lines and quality finishes are essential.
Aluminium profile types
- Profiles without a thermal break (single-chamber)
- Recommended for interior doors and partitions, technical or industrial spaces. A cost-effective solution.
- Profiles with a polyamide thermal break
- Superior thermal insulation, because the break reduces the conductivity of the metal. Ideal for exterior elements and high-traffic areas, where the quality of the hardware plays an essential role.

Hardware
The functionality, safety and durability of joinery depend directly on the quality of the hardware.
We choose the hardware according to the profile type (aluminium or PVC), the size of the elements and the intensity of use, to ensure precise operation over time. We work with premium hardware systems from established manufacturers: ROTO, G-U, AXOR, WINKHAUS. Handles, hinges and insect screens are described under joinery accessories.
Insulating glass
Glass accounts for up to 90% of the surface of a window, which is why configuring the glazing package correctly is essential.
Recommended standard structure: Sun Control glass (outside), float glass (middle), Low-E glass (inside), each 4 mm thick (6 mm for large dimensions).
Three panes of glass
Packages 32 to 52 mm thick.
Warm-edge spacer bars
To reduce energy transfer and prevent condensation.
Inert gas (argon)
For superior thermal performance.
Reflective four-season glass

Aluminium systems we work with
We make aluminium joinery on ETEM, ALUMIL, PROFILCO, Aliplast, Reynaers, Schüco and Cortizo systems. The insulated glass units are produced in our own production unit, with Saint-Gobain and Guardian Glass glass.

How thick are the glazing packages?
Our triple-glazed packages are between 32 and 52 mm thick, with warm-edge spacers and argon filling.
When do I need aluminium profiles with a thermal break?
For exterior windows and doors and high-traffic areas. Profiles without a thermal break suit interior doors, partitions and technical spaces.
