Facade solutions for modern architecture, designed for control of light, temperature and ventilation, without compromising on aesthetics or energy efficiency.
Curtain walls
Curtain wall systems are complex assemblies, designed and built as custom solutions adapted to each building. They provide effective protection against environmental factors, contributing to thermal and sound insulation of work and living spaces. They can be integrated with ventilated facade systems.
Curtain wall types:
Classic: aluminium profiles are visible both vertically and horizontally
Semi-structural: only an aluminium outline that stiffens the fixing is visible
Structural: the facade is perceived as a continuous glass surface, sealed onto the aluminium profiles
Composite panel facades (Bond)
Composite panels consist of two outer aluminium layers with a standard thickness of 0.5 mm, bonded together with a high-density polyethylene core of 3, 4 or 6 mm. The resulting material is rigid, lightweight and durable.
Bond cassettes are produced through three-dimensional processing of the panels, in a "sandwich" structure.
The visible surface is finished with multi-layer coating, guaranteeing colour stability and long-term durability.
Profal curtain wall and composite panel facade solutions are configured to match each project's technical and architectural requirements, delivering optimal energy performance, structural durability and a modern look.
